  • What you're signing up for. When you opt in on our form or by texting us, you agree to receive text messages from Green Rock Land Company about your land and your offer, and, if you opted in to them, other land-related offers. Some messages may be sent with automated technology.
  • Consent isn't required to sell. You never have to agree to texts to get an offer or sell your land.
  • How often. Message frequency varies with your conversation with us.
  • Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
  • How to stop. Reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT at any time. You'll get one confirmation message and then no more texts unless you sign up again.
  • Help. Reply HELP, or call or email us using the details below.
  • Carriers. Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile and most others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Privacy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information, including your mobile number.

Offers and agreements

Information on this site and any price we discuss before a written purchase agreement is not a binding offer. A sale happens only under a written purchase agreement signed by you and by us, and that agreement controls. Closing timelines depend on title work and the title company or closing attorney handling the sale.

Using the site

  • Don't misuse the site, such as trying to break it, send spam through it, or collect information about other people.
  • The text, photos, video and logos on this site belong to Green Rock Land Company. Please don't copy them without permission.
