This policy explains what Green Rock Land Company ("we", "us") collects through green-rock.land and our text messages, what we do with it, and the choices you have. The short version: we use your information to look at your land and talk with you about it, and we don't sell it.

- What you give us. Your name, phone number, email address, and details about your land such as the county, state, address, parcel number, acreage, any reference number from a text or letter we sent, the price you have in mind and any notes you add.
- Messages. Texts, emails and call notes between you and us.
- Basic technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site running and secure. This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no tracking scripts.
How we use it
- To research your land and prepare an offer.
- To reach you by phone, text or email about your land and your offer.
- To prepare a purchase agreement and work with a title company or closing attorney if you decide to sell.
- To keep records the law requires and to protect against fraud or misuse.
Text messages
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we use it to text you about your land, your offer and, if you opted in, other land-related offers. Consent to receive texts is never a condition of selling to us.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with or sold to anyone else. We share mobile numbers only with the service providers that deliver our messages, and only so they can do that.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT to any message. You'll get one message confirming you've been removed. Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details below.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only when we need to:
- Service providers who help us run the business, such as our website host, our customer records system, and our email, phone and texting providers. They may use your information only to provide their service to us.
- Title companies, closing attorneys and notaries when you decide to sell, so they can close the sale.
- When the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our customers or the public.
- A successor business if Green Rock Land Company is ever merged or sold, under the same protections described here.
How we protect it and how long we keep it
